EzWay PAG Precast Gels

EzWay™ PAG Precast Gel is a long shelf-life SDS polyacrylamide premade gel. By using Tricine and Aspartate Buffers, it stabilizes the chemical structure of proteins, resulting in sharper gel bands.

 

Due to its neutral pH of 7.2, it is stable against polyacrylamide hydrolysis, which extends its shelf life to one year. It offers excellent resolution for proteins ranging from small to large molecular weights. The chemical structure of the proteins is stabilized, resulting in sharper gel bands. The running time is fast, and it is compatible with various electrophoresis systems. Two types of acrylamide gel concentrations (10%, 4-12%) are available. By simply changing the buffer, proteins of different sizes (Small, Medium, Large) can be selectively separated.
