EzWay Direct PCR Buffer Kit
EzWay Direct PCR Buffer enables the direct amplification of DNA fragments from a variety of samples including whole blood, blood collected on card, saliva, bacteria, mouse tail, tissue, cultured cells or plant eliminating the need for DNA purification, just by adding to the PCR mixture in place of general 10X PCR Buffer.

EzWay Mouse Tail Direct PCR Kit
EzWay Mouse Tail Direct PCR Kit is designed to enable DNA amplification directly from mouse tail without DNA extraction. Just cut the mouse tail and incubate it in the lysis buffer provided in the kit for 10 minutes and then use 1ul of lysate for PCR. It doesn't require overnight incubation or Proteinase K (PK) treatment as well as DNA purification process.

EzWay Plant Direct PCR Kit
EzWay Plant Direct PCR Kit enables DNA amplification directly from plant leaves without DNA extraction. Punch to isolate disks of leaf tissue and incubate it in the lysis buffer provided in the kit for 10 minutes and then use 1ul of lysate for PCR. Or just leaf itself (when using 0.5 mm punched leaf disc) can be used as a template directly without lysis step.

Background
Human Apolipoprotein E (ApoE) is a 34 kDa glycoprotein that plays a central role in lipid metabolism and transportation. The ApoE gene is polymorphic with three common alleles, designated E2, E3, and E4. These genes encode three ApoE protein isoforms, E2 (Cys112/Cys158), E3 (Cys112/Arg158) and E4 (Arg112/Arg158), that differ by cysteine-arginine interchanges at sites 112 and 158 in the polypeptide chain. The common ApoE isoforms exhibit variations in structure and function and are involved in several pathological processes. For instance, familial type III hyperlipoproteinemia is associated with the ApoE E2/E2 pheno/genotype, while the ApoE E4/E4 pheno/genotype is associated with high cholesterol levels, coronary artery disease, and Alzheimer's disease.
